Hi everyone I'm new to this community and looking forward to being inspired! I've struggled with being overweight my entire life and live in a large metropolitan area where there is a lot of pressure on women to look a certain way (especially if that woman wants to have a 'good' job or be 'successful'). Even though I shouldn't necessarily be bowing to society's ideal, I have an idea of how I want to look....and I'm not there yet. I've gone to extremes....and had short term success but I'm looking for the overall package. Looking forward to interacting with you all....
Hi Meredith! Congrats on how far you've come on your weight loss journey! I'm not sure what you mean by saying you've gone to extremes, but I do hope you are past using extremes now.
