Talking 5:2 Diet in New Zealand

Hi my name is Mary, 59yrs young, living in Auckland. Weighing in in this corner at 93.9 kg I am not new to 3fat chicks and have followed WW for many years. Now going to do 5:2. Looking for people to support on this trip.
So we can pick each others brains swap fast day meal ideas etc.
Believe me, I would be most grateful for any support.

Hi Mary, if you look under the general plan section you will see a thread on that called Intermittent Fasting. A few people post on there about 5:2.

Competitions: Round the Bridges, Nov 17 2013 completed, 44min 07secs.

= 10 lbs lost; = 5 lbs lost:
MINI GOALS:
1. 196 lbs = "Overweight" BMI of 29.8 MET GOAL!!
2. 178 lbs = Lowest Weight in 13 years, BMI of 27.1 MET GOAL!!
3. 164 lbs = "Normal Weight" BMI of 24.9
4. 145 lbs = Goal Weight BMI of 22.0
MAINTENANCE GOAL:
Stay between 145 lbs and 155 lbs
