5:2 Diet in New Zealand

Hi my name is Mary, 59yrs young, living in Auckland. :coach: Weighing in in this corner at 93.9 kg I am not new to 3fat chicks and have followed WW for many years. Now going to do 5:2. Looking for people to support on this trip.
So we can pick each others brains swap fast day meal ideas etc.

Hi Mary, if you look under the general plan section you will see a thread on that called Intermittent Fasting. A few people post on there about 5:2.
