Default Newest fat chick :)

Hello everyone!
My name is Kelly...new here, obviously lol Im starting down this long twisting road of weight loss right along with you guys. This time I'm trying out Metabolic Research, for anyone who is familiar with that, I'm in my pre conditioning days, sounds scary doesn't it? Yea, I said the same thing when the lady handed me the papers and then I start really cracking down this Monday. Thats when I get measured, and give me my menus I suppose.
I've done weight watchers before,Calorie counting, slim fast, juice fast, grapefruit diet, atkins, south beach, cabbage soup. . Sound familiar? LOL
Losing weight isn't as hard for me as sticking to it! Maintenance is what I need to strive for!
I look forward to seeing what my new program has in store for me and getting to know all of you guys and hope we can inspire eachother!

Hi Kelly! What I find impressive is that you don't give up. You believe in yourself! I think you may find that being a member of 3FC will help you not only to lose weight but also to maintain that loss. Just keep coming here, keep posting. It's a great way to stay motivated and accountable! Good luck!
