Hi, I'm new to this board. I'm hoping that it will help me to get to my goal. It is always harder to change ones' ways without help from others. Here goes!!

= 10 lbs lost; = 5 lbs lost:
MINI GOALS:
1. 196 lbs = "Overweight" BMI of 29.8 MET GOAL!!
2. 178 lbs = Lowest Weight in 13 years, BMI of 27.1 MET GOAL!!
3. 164 lbs = "Normal Weight" BMI of 24.9
4. 145 lbs = Goal Weight BMI of 22.0
MAINTENANCE GOAL:
Stay between 145 lbs and 155 lbs

Can you help me figure out how to get the slider that shows my weight lose. I tried from quick links but it didn't work.

Virginiabelle: you "earn" a signature (and the ticker that goes in it) by being on 3FC for 20 days and making 20 posts (I suspect there was a spam problem at some point). Once you have your 20 days, here's some other help for getting a ticker: the Ultimate One-Stop Signature and Ticker Thread - Read here if you have questions!

Thank you for letting me know about the ticker. I've never been on a forum before. So far, I'm not doing very well with eating. I just have to get my mind set on my goal.

VirginiaBelle, why don't you join us for the December Weight Loss Challenge: December Weight Loss Challenge. It's a wonderfully supportive group who posts there, we welcome newbies with open arms, and it's a fantastic way to stay motivated and accountable. It might help get you on track. There are also lots of other challenge threads under "Chicks Up for Challenge" in Support Groups. Any of them would be a great way to get started.
