Hello out there in weight loss land, just happened upon this site and looks like a wonderful site. I have a lot of weight to lose (about 200 pounds),the same 200 pounds I have been trying to lose for years but I am determined to lose it this time. I think hitting the big 41 soon has caused me to see how important it is to get this extra weight off my body. Looking forward to chatting with u all
