Default Newbie saying HI!
Hi guys! My name is Sam. I just turned 30 a couple months ago and have been overweight my entire life. But during my 20's, I really packed it on and am now clinically obese. I've tried working out and changing my diet, but I've always given up. But not this time! I'm ready to lose the weight and get more active and healthy. Super excited to get this going
