Default hi! :)

My name is Trish, i am 38 years old, and I am just plan fat. I have not always been fat, but in the last 5 years or so i have gained over a 100 pounds! WTF I have not really changed my lifestyle or anything, if anything i am more active now then i have ever been!

Soooo... with that being said, its time to take a good look at myself, and get to work!

Hi Trish! Although it took you 5 years to put that weight on, with a sensible weight loss/fitness plan and determination, in only one year from now you will be surprised how much of that 100 lbs comes back off! MINI GOALS:
1. 196 lbs = "Overweight" BMI of 29.8 MET GOAL!!
2. 178 lbs = Lowest Weight in 13 years, BMI of 27.1 MET GOAL!!
3. 164 lbs = "Normal Weight" BMI of 24.9
4. 145 lbs = Goal Weight BMI of 22.0
MAINTENANCE GOAL:
Stay between 145 lbs and 155 lbs
