I joined 3FC around New Years and the last time I logged in was the end of January. I'm back to working towards my goal. I've only lost 4lbs since then, 37 left to go! I feel motivated again especially since my boyfriend has lost 45 lbs recently. Hello everyone!
Hi, Stacey. I'm brand new here. I guess you and your significant other don't HAVE to do things like weight loss together, but it sure can be helpful and motivating. My husband and I sort of came into this together with the same timing after just letting go for a while, and it's really nice because I know we won't bring things into the house that are triggers.
__________________ Back in August 2013, I convinced myself to give my plan a shot until October 31, 2013. I told myself then that, when that date came, I would be grateful I had committed myself to losing weight. Sure enough, when October 31, 2013 came, I was deeply grateful and pleased with my progress. It's been 19 months and over 115 lbs lost, and I remain deeply grateful every day. There are no words to explain how worth it the hard work is. Reached onederland 31.12.2013!
