Default Back after SEVEN years?

Wow, I last logged in in 2006. Clearly, things have happened since then.

Once upon a time, this site helped me hit 147. Three children, marriage, divorce, jobs, stress, etc, and I am at my highest ever non pregnant weight of 203.8. A good 5-6 pounds of that has been put on in the last few months and I am having trouble moving it.

So here I am.

The goal is today. I just want to eat well today. I do work out some already, the problem is all in my food choices. So let's see, it's October 17, my birthday is November 14th... let's set a nice 5 pound goal.

Goal weight - 135
Two Mile Run Time Goal - 20 minutes (ACHIEVED 9/24)
Three Mile Run Time Goal - 30 minutes

Hi Elisette! BACK! 5 pounds is a good mini-goal to get started! Why don't you consider joining one or more of the challenge threads in "Chicks Up for a Challenge" under Support Groups. It's a great way to stay motivated and accountable. You can jump in on them anytime, even the monthly threads. You've lost the weight before and I know you can do it again! Good luck!
