Being pre-diabetic, you definitely need to be on a low-carb diet, so be sure to check out the "Carb Counters" forum under Diet Central. Also, take a look at the "Dieting with Obstacles" forum under the Support Forum section. And consider joining one or more of the challenge threads under the sub-forum "Chicks Up for a Challenge" under "Support Groups" in the Support Forum. This is not going to be easy but it has to be done and you can do it! So browse around and jump right in! Some forums are more active than others, but the more you get involved, the more motivated and accountable you'll be. Good luck!

145 lbs = Goal Weight BMI of 22.0
Stay between 145 lbs and 155 lbs
