Default Hi all!

Hello,

I'm a 39 year old mother of 4 and will be a grandmother in a few months. Pregnancy and a car accident gave me some joint/hip issues that I think would benefit from losing 60+pounds and I don't seem very good at doing it on my own.

Hi Paloma! Congrats on being a new grandma! My first and only grandchild is a year old now and he is just the apple of my eye! I'm sorry to hear about your joint/hip pain and I'm sure losing weight will help tremendously. This is a great site for support, so browse around and jump right in! Good luck!

MINI GOALS:
1. 196 lbs = "Overweight" BMI of 29.8 MET GOAL!!
2. 178 lbs = Lowest Weight in 13 years, BMI of 27.1 MET GOAL!!
3. 164 lbs = "Normal Weight" BMI of 24.9
4. 145 lbs = Goal Weight BMI of 22.0
MAINTENANCE GOAL:
Stay between 145 lbs and 155 lbs
