Hello,

I'm a 39 year old mother of 4 and will be a grandmother in a few months. Pregnancy and a car accident gave me some joint/hip issues that I think would benefit from losing 60+pounds and I don't seem very good at doing it on my own.

Hi Paloma! :welcome: Congrats on being a new grandma! My first and only grandchild is a year old now and he is just the apple of my eye!
