I joined today to help me succeed in losing the 30 pounds I gained after I lost my mom 3 years ago. I'd lost over 60 pounds and was doing well to maintain, but once I lost mom, I went back to old, bad habits.
I found that support groups and logging what I ate helped me before, so I'm hoping to repeat that success and get back to 130!
Hi Munkigirl! I am so very sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. It's certainly understandable that you would turn to food to self-medicate your emotions. However, I am so glad that you are ready to take care of yourself! You will find lots of support here. Whatever weight loss plan you are using, I'm sure we probably have a forum here that covers it.
