Hey there! My name is LaTanya and I am from Texas! I am a 36 year old, 7 year breast cancer survivor and over the years I have packed, packed, packed the pounds on.
Going through some of my old high school pictures, I realized that even though I was labeled "fat girl" in high school, (size 14/16), I would LOVE to be that size again now!
I purchased a scale today and I am going to start planning my meals and working out..my first goal is to stop using excuses to NOT work out...I work from home and have flexibility so I need to stop being LAZY!
Looking forward to interacting with everyone here!

Congrats on being a 7 year survivor!!!

If you can kick cancer's behind than you can totally get yourself to a size 14/16 again!!

1. 196 lbs = "Overweight" BMI of 29.8 MET GOAL!!
2. 178 lbs = Lowest Weight in 13 years, BMI of 27.1 MET GOAL!!
3. 164 lbs = "Normal Weight" BMI of 24.9
4. 145 lbs = Goal Weight BMI of 22.0
MAINTENANCE GOAL:
Stay between 145 lbs and 155 lbs
