Hey people :-) new to this site. Started my progress in may. Started at 10st and now down to 7st 11lbs. I should be feeling great about my weight loss but I'm not...that's another matter tho. Is started to rule my life and make me feel rather low. Joined hoping to speak to people experiencing the same as me.
Welcome to 3FC I'm sorry you are not feeling well, I can relate. When I was loosing weight in the past I'd either shrug it off and put myself down thinking it's not enough or I would go and reward myself with food which completely destroys the whole point of it. This forum is really good for advice and support Glad you have joined us and good luck with your journey
