Yup! If you go to the main index, just scroll and read the forum descriptions (like you did to find this one!) and if you see something you're interested in, click on it, take a look at the threads, and just post wherever you'd like! For example, a few of my favorite places to frequent are the 100lb club and 20-somethings forums, because I've got about 100lbs to lose and I'm 20 years old, so I find people I can relate to in those places. The General Chatter is also a good place to start out if you just want to chit chat, plus you can play some forum games to get a hang of interacting.

Adding to what Lanabug said, "Weight Loss Support" under the Support Forum Secton is always a helpful place, and there are lots of different diet plans under the Diet Central section. I like the sub-forum "Chicks Up for a Challenge" under Support Groups, because those threads are always hopping and the challenges help keep me on track and accountable. The more you look around, the more you'll catch on! Good luck in your weight loss journey!
