Default I WILL do it!

Ok guys! I have over 10 stone to loose but I am going to do it! I am determined and I am going to change my lifestyle for a much healthier one. I have already started and just need to keep my motivation up, so far I have lost about 8lbs in 3 weeks. My downfall is in the evenings when I am bored I tend to just binge eat but I am going to start going for a little walk instead and cut out all the fizzy drinks too!
I am back going to the gym and trying to go on longer walks and I really enjoy it once I am doing it!

Congratulations on your weightloss, Cassie, and welcome!! It sounds like you are starting down a great path! My downfall is evenings, too, when I get bored. I try to repeat the mantra in my head once dinner is over, "the kitchen is now closed. I repeat, the kitchen is now closed. It will reopen for business tomorrow morning. Thank you and come again". Silly, I know, but you do what it takes, and it works for me, LOL
