hey my name is Suz and i'm new to this forum if you can't tell lol. I have never been on a forum like this i've been trying to better myself and have been worried about losing motivation so I came up with the idea of joining a forum. Hope to make new friends, be helped, and be able to help others!

Hey Suz, I joined for the same reason! I lost a few pounds on my own starting in July and the slow pace has really been wearing on me so I joined here to have other people to talk to! It's nice to pop on and read new posts, even the ones that have nothing to do with weight loss. I want to keep my focus on health and becoming much more active and not obsess over the scale which is so hard to do when you're just waiting for it to move and your old jeans to fit!!!

Yea I find myself checking the scale more than once a day lol but ive been really busting my butt at the gym every day and cooking so much healthier

MINI GOALS:
1. 196 lbs = "Overweight" BMI of 29.8 MET GOAL!!
2. 178 lbs = Lowest Weight in 13 years, BMI of 27.1 MET GOAL!!
3. 164 lbs = "Normal Weight" BMI of 24.9
4. 145 lbs = Goal Weight BMI of 22.0
MAINTENANCE GOAL:
Stay between 145 lbs and 155 lbs
