hello all, im a returning member.... joined last year, but got busy with life, losing weight, etc.

here are the numbers, my highest weight was 300lbs and im now 225lbs struggling to get down to the 100s. Its a lot harder now....the weight isnt falling off like it first did. I feel like ive lost my way a little bit, im ready to get back to the basics

Current Attempt (Slow Carb Diet, started July 19, 2013) <> Previous Attempt (Calorie-Counting, 2009)

= 10 lbs lost; = 5 lbs lost:
MINI GOALS:
1. 196 lbs = "Overweight" BMI of 29.8 MET GOAL!!
2. 178 lbs = Lowest Weight in 13 years, BMI of 27.1 MET GOAL!!
3. 164 lbs = "Normal Weight" BMI of 24.9
4. 145 lbs = Goal Weight BMI of 22.0
MAINTENANCE GOAL:
Stay between 145 lbs and 155 lbs

Hi! I am also in BC! AND a returning member (although I have been back for about 3 months now). I find checking in here at least once a day helps and anytime I want to binge or cheat I come here (although I do permit some cheat meals!). Congrats on the 75 lbs lost!!
