hello all, im a returning member.... joined last year, but got busy with life, losing weight, etc.

here are the numbers, my highest weight was 300lbs and im now 225lbs struggling to get down to the 100s. Its a lot harder now....the weight isnt falling off like it first did. I feel like ive lost my way a little bit, im ready to get back to the basics

Welcome back! And congratulations on your success, you're doing GREAT!

I am a returning user as well, I found it helpful to come back because the people here understand where I'm coming from!

Hi! I am also in BC! AND a returning member (although I have been back for about 3 months now). I find checking in here at least once a day helps and anytime I want to binge or cheat I come here (although I do permit some cheat meals!). Congrats on the 75 lbs lost!!
