My aim is not to be fat, fair and 40. I have 1 year to get my butt in gear.
I have been this weight (barring pregnancies) for the past 19 years.
I know this weight will only shift with diet and exercise, so tomorrow back into the jogging and I am looking for inspiration for higher protein meals & snacks, I have done it before and it worked well.
So Hi, and if anyone is happy to point me in the right direction, I'd really appreciate it.
