Default I need support!
I'm currently 330/240/154.. I got off track for a LONG time and need to get back on track. I spend a lot of time alone and I comfort eat. I'm so tired of this and I just want to be healthy and happy. Looking for friends who will support me through this process.

I am right here with you.

I have been off track for most of my life and I am fighting hard to get back on track and stay there. I have had a lot of stress and sadness and food has always been my comfort too. I am also really tired of this weight issue.

I am the same way. I'm too young to be letting this constant comfort binging rule my life! Way to go for making the changes you need, behind you all the way!
