Default Hello - first post!

Hello all

This is my first time here! After a really bad ankle sprain in February, I've gained a whole stone - and I already needed to lose some weight before that... So it's time for a fresh start. My current weight is 170lbs and my first goal is to lose 14lbs by my birthday in September.

Hopefully I'll get to join lots of you on our roads to goal!
