Default My Introduction

This is my first day on here and also my first post. I've struggled with weight loss my entire life, but I'm finally ready to make a life-style change. I have a big problem though: I'm not very self-motivated. However, reading some of the forum conversations in here and seeing other people's struggles and triumphs has given me the boost I need to start working out and making adjustments to my eating habits. I started the JM 30 Day Shred workout today on a whim and only made it to 11 minutes and 20 seconds. Small victory, but it's a start. Tomorrow I hope to go further. Thanks for all the motivation from this site!

Hello I'm not a very motivated person either. That makes working out so hard! I'm totally impressed that you are already working out. I'm at the I'm thinking about possibly maybe considering planning on trying to sort of workout phase, lol. Welcome to the site. I've only been here a week and I love it! Very supportive. You are in the right place, and you can do it!

It's a work out video; it stands for Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred. The goal is to do one of the videos (there are 3 levels) every day for 30 days to see some really noticeable results.

It is pretty hardcore, but I've decided I like it. Through an extremely determined mindset, I made it through the whole video today. Woot woot.

Congratulations, Bunnie!!! I took a look at the videos today, myself. Jillian Michaels looks 100% legit, and its quite pleasing to watch her videos. I am actually inspired on trying it myself and see how well it goes in 30 days! =D
