Hello, I'm back!
My stay was short, as I only really stuck around for about...3 days, 6 years ago.
I made my way down from 249 to 199 (as of July last year), and after a rough breakup and a new boyfriend, I gained it all back.
So, I thought I'd check out this forum again and poke around. I'd love to make some friends, give and get support, do this for the long haul.
I lost the 50lb by counting calories, this time I'm going to cut my cravings and get off the carbs and sugars. By doing so, I should feel a lot better, and have more energy. I'm doing the "Caveman diet". I took all the grains and processed junk out of my pantry and replaced it with dried fruit, nuts, and I also grabbed some fresh fruit.
So, hello again, and I hope to see what else is going on around this forum!
