hi guys! My name is Priscilla and I need to loose a lot of weight! I've started IP diet 10 days ago and lost 7lbs, but the last two days nothing! I'm doing everything I'm supposed to but nothing...any ideas of why? thank's!
Welcome! The first week on IP is usually a big loss and then it slows down. I lost almost 10 in the first week, weighed myself 3 days later and it was the same and weighed in today and lost 3 pounds in the second week. I've decided to just weigh myself once a week instead of scrutinizing every single day. It's a great diet though, I'm sure you'll see your weight go down in time!
