I've been poking around the past few days and decided I should introduce myself. My name is Margaret, I've been dieting for years, but have only been successful for 3 months.
I've been using diet to go, and have been surprised by how much I like it. I tend to be rather negative when it comes to dieting and losing weight, but this time around I've felt very positive about everything...I'm not sure what changed, but I'll go with it!
I started at 210 but lost 10 lbs within the first day or so, so I am not even counting that. I don't know for sure what my goal is, because I don't think I have ever been below 150 as an adult. I guess the plan is to get to 150 and take it 10 lbs at a time until I'm happy with how I look and feel...Even if I only reach 150 I think I will still be content with that.
