Starting My Journey!
Hi Everyone
I just started with Curves today and feel so fabulous after my first workout. I did a Trader Joe's run and got all the foods I'll need to stay on track. I'm hoping to shed weight quickly. Does anyone have experience with losing the first pounds rapidly? I went after my afternoon snack of a fruit cup (apples, pineapple, grapes) and then ate cottage cheese, baby carrots, and snap peas for dinner. My only downfall is my water intake - but I purchased a big water bottle so hopefully I can keep that up.
Has anyone had good experiences with Curves?
