Hey everyone, I'm new here but not new to dieting. My highest weight was 277 and my lowest was 152. Over the last 3 years my weight has crept back up. (I started eating sugary things again....mmm.....sugary....droool)
Anyways, I've never tried weight loss in a community type setting but I think it might be good for me at this point in my life cause I'm finding it hard to be motivated on my own.
What else.... I'm in my late 20s, I have a fiance, no kids, and I continue school in the fall.
Is this super phallic to anyone else? I can't tear my eyes off of it.
