Ive been fighting (and losing) the diet battle for the last few years & have finally found a way to stop myself eating everything that moves..so now Im here & looking forward to getting myself into a good diet/way of life with (hopefully) the help of you lovely people. Ive been lurking & think this is a fab forum.
Live in London, love socialising (so hard to do that & diet) & am late 40s. Have tried LOTS of different ways to lose weight - havent we all, & have only found 2 things that work, both of which most of you will consider highly controversial, but Im not scared to try things & sometimes it actually works out!
