Hello all
So, greetings to everyone here. I've been struggling with weightloss for the past few years. I'm not sure what my greatest weight was, but I'm sure it was above 300. Currently I'm hovering around 250. My goal is to eventually be below 200, preferably 180. From there, I will decide if I want to continue my weight loss or not.
A few personal details about myself. I consider my self a gaymer. It's a term for gay people who love gaming. Video games are part of my regular form of entertainment. I realize that they're a major factor in my current weight. That being said, they're not going to be excised from my life. I have already limited my time spent playing them. I'm also a huge fan of Wonder Woman. She's basically my idol.
As for what I'm doing for my weight loss, I'm walking to and from work every day, which equals out to around 5 miles a day. Each way it takes me about an hour to complete. Otherwise, I'm trying to focus on my diet. I've for the most part have avoided sweet stuff and things heavy in cheese. I've stopped eating white bread and cold cereal. I've been eating a lot of oat meal and white meat.
