Good afternoon! I am new here and found the site by googling healthy Smoothie recipes. I am a 39 year old returning student and work FT as well.I am currently at 155, I have gained10 pounds in 2 months. I am not happy and if I keep going the way I am it won't be long and I'll be back up to the weight I was when I was pregnant (210)!
I have a family history of all kinds of health issues and at the moment I am suffering with severe migraines, osteo-arthritis, and severe back pain. I work full time as an admin. assistant and go to school 3/4 time (9 credit hours a week) with a demanding course load of classes. Exercise is really hard to fit in right now. So, I park at the back of the parking lot at work and farther away from my classes at school so I can get some walking in.
I need some tips on how to keep from stress eating at home and at work! My roommate is very supportive and in fact she wants to shed some pounds as well, so any tips would be extremely helpful!
