I have started officially today doing the squat challenge ( i changed it deciding togo all out).
Today I did 50 crunches, 50 bicycle crunches, sadly 50 squats and 25 seconds of planking. But I've decided to go verbatim on Day 2. I eat sadly all the time and 70% of the time is when I'm alone and bored any advice to kick this habit?
Oh wow, that's amazing! I wish I could work out like that. I unfortunately can't. (I have multiple hernias and I need muscle repair all from one pregnancy)..
But anyway, the best advice I can give as far as eating all the time, try drinking water when you feel the urge to eat for no reason. Also, snack on healthy veggies like carrot sticks dipped in a light dressing. Fruit in moderation is great too. Welcome to the boards and best of luck on your weight loss journey!
I used to eat even when I wasn't hungry and it was mostly junk. For me, my reasons for losing weight have been enough to train myself to stop myself from eating junk, even though my partner buys it and eats it. It just takes patience and practice. I can see that you are highly motivated and can follow through so you should have no problems reprogramming your appetite
