this is very odd to me, never posted on a forum before.
well im yasmin :) im 19 from the uk and im currently around 114kg ( my scales broke a couple of days ago )
my current goal is to get down to 90kg :)
im starting the slim fast diet on monday :) does anyone have any tips ? x

Not sure how this all works yet but would be good to 'follow' or 'friend' each other!?

Iv got 70lbs to lose, not sure the kg equivilant, but I know the start of a journey can be so tough.

If you dont mind me asking, what inspired you to start your w/l and go public with it?
