Thumbs up Newbie to IP

I have been on IP for 2 weeks and the first couple of days I felt like there was no way I could last on this diet. Then I found this website and started trying some of the recipes and tips and it was a godsend.
My counselor is fairly new to the IP diet and she didn't give me any info about ways to spice up the diet.
Thanks, IP dieters for helping me stick with it. Six pounds down and 19 to go.

Hi everyone --- I too, am a newbie to IP (and to forums). I just started yesterday (as a result of reading comments and reviews in this forum) and am so motivated by the fact that if I fall, the 3FC will get me back on track quickly. Soooooo excited.
