Hello all. I am new here and just started trying to lose the stubborn weight I gained while on a medication. I don't have a lot to lose, but so far I've been hitting the gym and counting calories. For the first time in months, I am finally seeing a difference on the scale!!

Third Week and Gaining Weight!
 
I am on my third week. The first week I lost 6lbs and the second week I gained 1/2lb this week. And now have gained again this week! I am following the protocol to a T. Any ideas of why this is happening? Frustrated. :(
