I am going to start with a little confession, I have been before, but I moved house and my computer broke, I got a bit melancholy and kind of disappeared and gave up, add this to the fact that I have moved country and all my loved ones are abroad so it can get really lonely. But I have settled up now and I am in a better place now mentally. I just have keep positive and active and try and see the end goal; health and happiness!
Its the amazing stories and the staggering power everyone here has that has pulled me back. And within ten minutes being back I was questioning how I managed to let myself go.
Anyway I am here and being active!
I am vegetarian which is kind of a double edge sword in Spain as they don't really under the concept of no meat/fish. I am also doing the 5/2 diet with my boyfriend. I have been doing it for a quite a while and its really good for getting rid of weight and keeping it off (for the most part).
I have been trying to find ways to jazz up exercise as I do it alone so any tips or ideas are greatly welcomed!
