I think we have all been there with starting our weight loss and then stopping shortly after. I certainly have one more than one occasion. What matters is that you still want to get back on track
Weight loss is a slow process, especially in the beginning when foods are being changed for others and the mind goes into shock
'Omg, I'm going to starve on vegetables!'. That's nothing to worry about. If you have a binge one day a week at the beginning, that's fine too. Weight loss is long-term. Weight loss is a lifetime commitment; a lifestyle change. I still cheat every so often, though I try and do it once a month.
Don't worry about the binges because it takes practice to slow them down to a
'sometimes'. What might help is to do something else if you feel a binge coming. Go for a walk or to the gym or exercise, drink water or visit a friend. If you can't help but binge, put your chips into a bowl so that you have to keep getting back up if you want more. Eventually you will find that self-control. Of course, removing all of the unhealthy foods from your fridge and swapping them with their healthier alternatives may be an option (or removing them completely if you can). I have sugar-free hot chocolate that I take when I feel a craving for chocolate
You'll do great! We all believe in you
