Talking New to weight loss but gosh I'm ready to have a fab body again. Hello :)
looking for an awesome support group & any kind of advice there is to get. I started my 75 pound weight loss goal today & I'm so excited!

Welcome xoDxo!! I'm not much of a poster, mostly a lurker, but this is a great place to get motivation. Good luck and remember it's one day at a time. Don't get discouraged.

I've lost 19 lbs since my Feb 28th start. I just stopped drinking milk, and eating bread and potatoes. I'm an emotional eater, so have to remember food isn't really my friend. I don't need to eat when I'm bored or lonely. It's been a challange, but if I catch myself trying to eat to soothe my feelings, I stop.

Hope to see you posting and making progress!!

I'm def an emotional eater myself. That's one thing I'm trying my best to work on. Thank u guys for the quick responses I'm so ready to get healthy again!
