Welcome xoDxo!! I'm not much of a poster, mostly a lurker, but this is a great place to get motivation. Good luck and remember it's one day at a time. Don't get discouraged.
I've lost 19 lbs since my Feb 28th start. I just stopped drinking milk, and eating bread and potatoes. I'm an emotional eater, so have to remember food isn't really my friend. I don't need to eat when I'm bored or lonely. It's been a challange, but if I catch myself trying to eat to soothe my feelings, I stop.
