3 Fat Chicks on a Diet Weight Loss Community

Hi all, my name is Shayna, 32, and I live in North Dakota. I used to be pretty fit, but I have let myself go. My husband and I are celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary this August, so we are trying to lose a lot of weight. We also have a 6.5 year old son.

I had knee surgery on January 31st and was given permission to do anything I want. I had three pieces of cartilage removed. From what I was told, cartilage damage is ranked from a 1-4 scale, with 1 being almost no damage to 4 being no cartilage left. Mine was ranked 2.5-3 and all underneath my knee cap.

I would love to get some support, help make me accountable. Also, if anyone else had knee surgeries and got back to exercise, please let me know!
