Red face Hey guys...new and need some encouragement...

Hello there 3FC! Stereophonic here (stereo for short lol)
I'm new here to 3FC and need some help and encouragement for losing a few pounds and getting toned. My whole entire life I've been battling with my weight. I weigh 157 and I'm 5 feet 7 inches. I'm big boned, always have been. I have some nasty cellulite on my butt and thighs that I really want to get rid of as well as some jiggle on my arms, and I have some belly fat popping up!
I was 137, I gained about 20 pounds over the summer because I kind of gave up on working out, but I don't wanna gain any more, I'm determined to lose weight and be healthy. But... may I please have some encouragement, tips, advice, and help from you guys on 3FC...?
My main goal is to lose 10 or 15 pounds.

Please help <3

Hi Stereo,
I am in the same boat as you! I`m 5'6'' and my weight fluctuates between 150-160lb depending on the season. This year I am determined to lose weight. I started the New Year at 156lbs and right now I`m 150 but my goal is 135 so I have 15lb to lose!!!! I am new here too and need some motivation and advice! I have been going to the gym 4x/week but it seems like I have been around 150 for forever

Hi Stereo and Medstudent88, and welcome to 3FC!. Well done on your initial losses, and don't worry - you'll lose those 10 - 15lbs soon! Why not try Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred? I have tried it before, but only got to day 11 (sigh). But I saw a remarkable difference in my stomach after just 10 days. I'm also trying to lose the last 15 pounds and I'm going to give this 30 Day Shred another go within the next few days. But I am also following a low carb eating plan to help the weight loss... Feels like I've been on 62-64kg for FOREVER!!!! My goal is 57kg!

Sara- thanks for the support!
Kate- What`s your daily calorie intake? According to MyFitnessPal I should eat 1340cal a day but mine always goes to around 1500.
