Hello there 3FC! Stereophonic here (stereo for short lol)
I'm new here to 3FC and need some help and encouragement for losing a few pounds and getting toned. My whole entire life I've been battling with my weight. I weigh 157 and I'm 5 feet 7 inches. I'm big boned, always have been. I have some nasty cellulite on my butt and thighs that I really want to get rid of as well as some jiggle on my arms, and I have some belly fat popping up!
I was 137, I gained about 20 pounds over the summer because I kind of gave up on working out, but I don't wanna gain any more, I'm determined to lose weight and be healthy. But... may I please have some encouragement, tips, advice, and help from you guys on 3FC...?
My main goal is to lose 10 or 15 pounds.
