Default Hello from The Netherlands...

What a wonderful website...a place to chat about all the things that have to do with weight. My top weight was 110 kg. and for over the last 30 years I have maintained a weight between 70-73 kg.(except during pregnancy) at a height of 1' 75" (in Holland ofcourse we use the metric system). What I've found to be true with most people losing weight is there is not enough said about what happens to you after you have reached your goal and the **** you go through every day...every day!!! just to keep it off!!! For the last 30 years my days have begun with how much calories for breakfast...what do I want to have for super...can I eat a cookie for lunch and still drink a glass of wine in the evening...you all get the picture! EVERY DAY!!!! Losing weight has changed my life...and not always for the best! And now menopause has set in and I'm trying to koop with the mental problem of getting older and putting on a few pounds around the belly...you see...it IS a neverending story! Hoping to find comfort in the 50+ group!
