Hi, everybody ... I'm Alexis and I'm a 36-year-old stay-at-home mom of three (6, 4 and almost 2). I'm 5'9" and weigh about 178 pounds -- only down slightly from when my daughter was born in July 2011.
I weighed probably around 145 till about 2002 and then around 160 when I got married (stress!), and I stayed around there until I got pregnant the first time. After No. 2, I started running and lost about 30 pounds (I was down to about 150 or 155), but gained most of it back a few months later and then got pregnant again. I've been sort of hoping ever since my youngest was born that the weight would magically disappear or something ... but obviously, it hasn't, so here I am!
I'm currently trying WW at home. I also signed a Stickk.com contract that I'll work out four times per week. One down for this week, three to go
