Default Hello, I joined today and I'm ready to start :)
Hi,
So glad I found this forum I'm certainly not new to weight loss. I've lost about a hundred pounds several times (well, twice, if I don't count the two times I lost weight after having children). I now find myself heavier than I ever dreamed I would get and I am having an extremely hard time finding the motivation to care. I do have depression and hope to find some buddies to talk to about that also. I'm a single mother to 2 grown sons, one of whom is a special needs person. I just completed my bachelor's degree in psychology and have done my medical prerequisites and I am waiting to get into a nursing program. I don't want to be a fat nurse

You came to the right place! You clearly know how to lose weight already, so that's a good motivator. What you need now is to find out how you can keep it off. Your attitude sounds so positive- that's amazing! Welcome to 3FC! You got this!!
