Hi! How do I include a 'ticker'?

    Hi All!

    I'm new to this site, and would like to put a weight loss ticker in my signature. Can anyone fill me in on how to do this?

    Hi, welcome, you need to be a member for 21 days and have a minimum of 21 posts

    When you do have the 21 posts/21 days thing down, go to "User CP" at top left... then click on "Edit Signature" and follow the instructions.
