I heard there was a comparision chart for Ideal Protein foods and other protein foods, if anyone knows where I can find this chart please help me. I just started the Ideal Protein and it's difficult to afford these products.

You'd be best served to post on the Ideal Protein section of 3FC on their daily chat thread. I don't think a lot of them stray out of there into Introductions or most other categories. Someone will help you quicker if you post in the middle of their daily chat.
