Glad you came to join in our fun! You will get the motivation and encouragement the article discussed here at 3FatChicks. The gals and gents on here have a lot of knowledge and information and experience. Don't worry what others say. You know what you are doing and they don't matter. What plan are you following? Are you doing any exercise yet? I suffer with a back injury and diabetic neuropathy so the only exercise I can do is in the pool. My friend and diet/exercise buddy was 308 lbs. She does the pool exercise and is down to 286. If you don't have a pool available in your area, another good exercise to start with is sittercise. It is a chair exercise dvd and it is how I first started exercising after by injury. I look forward to hearing more about your plans and reading about your successes. Blessings,
