Hello all! I'm 24, and I started out at 165lbs. I have to just come out and say that I have quite a small frame/build! I've currently gotten down to 152lbs as of this morning, but there's still work to be done. I've had decent luck keeping motivation on my own, and have a supportive boyfriend, but I don't have any girlfriends out there to talk with. I had a gay chubby buddy who used to run with me and go to the gym, but it was mostly me convincing him to stay away from the doughnut!!!
he also moved away! So I was really happy to find this forum! Everyone seems really positive and supportive which is really special. I'm a big believer in changing attitude and overall happiness and smiling for general health. Anyone ever done laughter yoga? Now that's a work out!!
I'm also a big fan of nutrition over any other weight loss approaches because it retrains your taste buds, as well as finally gives you the nutrients your body is seeking! Of course exercise is included in my plan. But everyone is different and has different approaches that work for them. I'm a juicer as of about two months ago, and I'm loving it!!
