We all have issues with our weight or we wouldn't be here, so don't feel alone. I was at my highest weight of 252 lbs back in 2006. I got down to 170 and since then I have let the pounds creep back up to 208. I have come to realize that I can't just diet, but instead, I have to make a lifetime commitment to change the way I eat and look at foods in general to be successful at keeping my weight down.
