New Chick on the Block
Hi all! I found this site while looking for information regarding the IP program I started last week. I was looking for alternatives to their expensive food and this has been a great source.
My husband is doing the program with me....easy for him, I prepare and he eats :dizzy: anyway, I'm 43 and live in VA with him and our 3 kids 17, 13, 10. I have been carrying extra weight since the first one and am now bound and determined to get it off once and for all!!
